If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you in full — no returns necessary. You’ll also receive a 20% discount code toward your next purchase, because your satisfaction always comes first.


1) Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • This policy applies to all customers worldwide.


2) Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • With all tags and original packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, socks, and beauty or personal care products are final sale once opened or tried on.


3) Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Final sale and clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., name prints, special orders) → No refund, exchange, or size change available

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


4) Damaged or Defective Items

  • Simply email us photos of the damaged or defective area along with your order number.

  • The item must still have its tags and remain unused.

  • You’ll receive either a full refund or a replacement, plus a 20% discount code for your next order.

  • No need to return the damaged item — please keep it as our way of saying sorry.


5) How to Start a Return

Email support@vinovogue.com with:

  1. Your full name (as on the order)

  2. Your order number (#vino-XXXX)

  3. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason

Our team will reply within 24 hours with the next steps.

Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


6) Return Shipping

  • For change of mind, wrong size, or not as expected, return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, VinoVogue covers all shipping costs.


7) Exchanges

  • The fastest option: Return your item, place a new order, and send us the tracking number once your return is delivered.

  • After confirmation, we’ll refund your original item cost (excluding shipping).


8) Size Exchange (Non-Custom Products Only)

  • Ship your item back with a return tracking number.

  • Once received, we’ll remake and send your new size.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for size exchanges.


9) Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post refunds.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact support@vinovogue.com.

Partial refunds may apply if items are returned worn, washed, missing tags, or outside the approved timeframe.


10) Packaging & Responsibility

Please pack returns carefully. You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
